For any kind of rejection and delay in a client's visa process then we are not responsible.
No refunds can be made if the application takes more processing time. Normally, the application takes 2-3 working days in processing.

Weekends (non-working days): Saturday & Sunday

Applications submitted after working hours or on weekends are processed on the next working day.

07: Pricing and Payment Policy

09: Refund for Urgent Visa Applications

* If your urgent visa application is not processed within 24 working hours, you may request a refund of the urgent service fee (USD 100).

* The standard visa application fee is non-refundable.

* Refund requests must be made through our support team with your application reference number.
